Attorney-at-law Dr. Christine Danziger, LL.M.

Christine Danziger founded danziger ip & media law in early 2017. Before founding her own firm, she worked in several other law firms in Berlin, including many years at the IP boutique Hertin & Partner. Both as a litigator and as a legal adviser, Dr. Danziger applies her rich experiences and knowledge in copyright and other IP/IT related matters as well as in media and press law. Her practice also includes data protection law and matters regarding personal rights.

Christine Danziger studied law and philosophy in Freiburg and at the Humboldt-University Berlin, where she later also worked as a research assistant and wrote her dissertation focussing on the the relationship between the media and the criminal trial. During her her legal traineeship (Referendariat) she worked at the US-firm Fierst Bloomberg Ohm LLP, specialising in entertainment law in the USA. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property and Media law from the Humboldt-University Berlin. In addition to her work as an attorney, Christine is a lecturer at the Berlin University of the Arts where she lectures on the legal framework of strategic communication.

Dr. Christine Danziger is a member of the Association for Intellectual Property Rights (GRUR) and the German Bar Association (DAV). She speaks German, English and French.
